My gf is going through a really tough time right now, parents have been divorced many years, parents fight over who gets her, mom is mean and only wants her for income taxes/ money in her pocket, dad drinks alot as well as mom, and she feels uncared for except for me and she believes it is all her fault because of a recent fight with mom, she doesnt know what to do, if she goes to dads she will get mad, if she goes to aunts she will get mad, if she stays at moms dad is mad and she is scared to be there, she wants to come live here but if she wants to that means that her mom must say yes which right now is out of the question, if we ask her aunt to let us keep her here her mom will try everything to get me and her in trouble with the law, if i report her mom she could get in trouble, also out of the question.

More information is needed. How old is she? Is it possible for her to seek emancipation from the courts?
